    Executive Administrative Assistant sought to provide part-time support Executive in Cold Spring, New York. This role is responsible for providing advanced, diversified and confidential administrative support. The pay range for this position is $60-70k based upon factors including but not limited to related experience and time in the industry.

    Primary Responsibilities/Duties:

    • Assist in the set-up and planning of meetings and special events; take meeting minutes as requested.
    • Handle incoming mail and correspondence including drafting, editing and preparing various documents and reports.
    • Plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload.
    • Maintain a busy electronic business and social calendar.
    • Coordinate both personal and any business-related travel arrangements.
    • Coordinate and maintain database of Art Work collection (Collectify)
    • Manage a variety of assignments requiring sensitivity to confidential information.
    • Demonstrate the ability to assist or take a lead role in effectively coordinating various personal activities.
    • Updating and maintaining business and personal contact database.
    • Filing, ordering office supplies and general administrative duties.

    Qualifications:

    • Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
    • Upbeat, positive and "can-do" attitude.
    • Able to effectively multi-task and meet deadlines.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Must be able to adjust priorities, possess flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and last minute requests.
    • Ability to grasp complex tasks and carry out directions independently.
    • Excellent computer skills and typing skills (60+ wpm).
    • Proficient with Mac/PCs, Microsoft Office, calendar software, Excel and internet research.
