Ambassador Recruitment and Coordination (Volunteer) [3-4 Needed]

Location: The DMV area

Job Description: The DMV Music Alliance is looking for someone to manage and coordinate a team of Genre Reps, Area Reps, and Campus Reps providing them with necessary resources and support, and ensure activities align with the organization's goals and values & work closely with the marketing and outreach teams to maximize the impact of our ambassador program.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, onboard, and train ambassadors
• Foster a sense of community among ambassadors, encouraging engagement, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing.
• Collaborate with the marketing and outreach teams to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and events to enhance the visibility and impact of the ambassador program.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a lead ambassador or managing ambassador programs, preferably in the music industry.
• Experience in the music industry
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate a diverse group of ambassadors.
• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
• A genuine interest in building relationships with ambassadors and stakeholders.
