Role Overview

Creshendo is seeking a Volunteer Operations Executive to ensure that all of our programs and projects are running smoothly across different departments. This individual will be responsible for monitoring the progress of various teams, maintaining structured check-ins, and keeping leadership informed on organizational operations.

Because all of our departments are led by volunteers located around the world, this role requires a high level of flexibility, strong organizational skills, and a keen ability to track multiple projects at once. The Volunteer Operations Executive will report directly to the Executive Team and Executive Director, providing regular updates on each team’s progress, challenges, and key developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Cross-Team Coordination: Maintain regular communication with Creshendo’s departments to ensure projects remain on track and objectives are met.
• Structured Check-Ins: Conduct consistent check-ins with team leads, ensuring tasks are progressing smoothly and identifying any potential roadblocks.
• Tracking & Reporting: Keep meticulous records of team updates and provide structured reports to the Executive Director and Executive Team on overall progress and operational needs.
• Problem-Solving & Flexibility: Navigate challenges as they arise, offering solutions and support to teams working across different time zones and schedules.
• Operational Oversight: Ensure internal processes are running efficiently and make recommendations for improving team coordination.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience managing or overseeing multiple projects at once.
• A structured and detail-oriented approach to tracking tasks and check-ins.
• Excellent communication and adaptability skills, especially when working with international and remote teams.
• The ability to work independently while providing clear, structured reports to leadership.
• Availability to dedicate at least 6-10 hours per week.
