Unpaid volunteer, 2-10 hours per week, 3-6 months, remote
Volunteer Position Description
Anike Foundation is seeking a volunteer with online fundraising experience to create and implement effective online fundraising events for us.
You will work exclusively online, supported by our talented volunteers located around the world.
Requirements
- Good understanding of Social media
- Fundraising experience with non-profits/NGOs
- Business/marketing experience and/or education
- Good writing skill in English
- Willingness to learn
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, English, Marketing or relevant field
- Experience in journalism, marketing or event planning experience preferred
- Demonstrated experience with websites (Squarespace preferred), social media and graphic design
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and creative ability
- Experience with Kindest, Classy or other fundraising platforms a plus
- Knowledge of AP Style preferred
- Strong personal interest in the Foundation’s mission
