EFTC is seeking passionate elementary and middle school teachers to work alongside our teachers remotely during the 2025 school year in Guatemala (From January to October).
We are looking for experienced teachers that can commit to meeting with an assigned teacher once every two weeks virtually and review plans, evaluations and projects periodically, providing written feedback.
A coach will provide ongoing support and guidance to teachers on best practices, effective techniques and strategies, classroom management, curriculum development, student evaluations and developing and monitoring improvement plans and goals for the teacher.
Requirements:
If you are unable to commit to the full school year, please don't be discouraged! There are many ways that you may be able to support us for a reduced period of time or on an ad hoc basis!
