Role Overview
In this role, you will identify funding opportunities, craft persuasive grant proposals, and support Creshendo’s growth through strategic funding.
Key Responsibilities
- Grant Research & Identification: Identify and research domestic and international funding opportunities that are aligned with Creshendo’s mission.
- Proposal Writing: Develop tailored grant proposals that communicate Creshendo’s vision, programs, and impact.
- Grant Management: Track deadlines and oversee submissions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with program leaders to understand funding needs and incorporate program details into applications.
- Funding Strategy: Support funding strategy by identifying new opportunities.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates:
- Proven grant writing experience with successful outcomes.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Excellent research skills.
- Basic understanding of nonprofit fundraising and grant-seeking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Commitment to at least 5 hours per week.
