AMAZING VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES AT UPENDO CHILDREN'S HOME

Upendo children's Home is a community support initiative dedicated to empowering and championing for the right of vulnerable children an youths especially those who are discriminated against because of their sexual orientations . It was established in Migori, Kenya, in 2022 by the church of God of prophecy-Canaan and was officially registered with the government of Kenya under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection as Upendo community based organization (C.B.O) in 2023 . Registration no. RGO/CBO/196/2023. The home exemplifies the church's commitment to aiding orphaned and disadvantaged children, showcasing its dedication and charisma.

The primary mission of Upendo Childrren's Home is to empower orphaned and disadvantaged children and youths by providing them with access to education, health services and opportunities for participation in family and community development activities.

The overriding vision is to foster a supportive environment where these children and youths can thrive and become productive members of society.

Since its inception, Upendo Children's Home has made significant strides in improving the lives of orphaned and disadvantaged children and youths in Migori.

Through its comprehensive and collaborative approach, Upendo Children's Home not only addresses the immediate needs of the children and youths but also lays a strong foundation for their future success.
