Volunteers for Brampton (BEC) : Join the Movement for a Sustainable Brampton!
Are you passionate about
making a difference in your community? Would you like to volunteer some free time to make Brampton more sustainable?
Biosphere Eco-Cities Canada (BECC) is seeking three or four volunteers, to dedicate 3-4 hours a week to develop a Database of Sustainability Projects for the city. Maintained on the Brampton Biosphere Eco-City (BBEC) website, the database will allow residents to have an overview of sustainability projects in their city. This will allow them to learn more about sustainability, about their city, and can help them contact managers of interesting projects.

They serve as a framework for the database. BECC is a national charity that supports development of BECs. Currently there are five BEC initiatives in Canada – Ottawa, Toronto, Brampton, Edmonton, and Vancouver. For more information on the program visit https://BioEcoCity.org. You may also visit
