MatchingDonors.com is a proud, award-winning nonprofit volunteer-run organization, and we're looking for that special someone to be our volunteer Affiliate Marketing Manager! This is a flexible and rewarding remote volunteer opportunity which can fit your lifestyle. You will be joining a team that makes a tangible difference in the lives of people needing lifesaving organ transplants.

Your efforts will save lives! This is a great remote opportunity for an individual person or a group. You will be working directly with the CEO of MatchingDonors.com.

MatchingDonors.com will consider volunteers for all its volunteer opportunities who are eligible students who have Optional Practical Training (OPT) or Curricular Practical Training (CPT) F-1 Status.

Besides the joy of joining our team of warm, inclusive, and fun-loving volunteers that make a tangible difference in the lives of people needing organ transplants, you and all our volunteers have the opportunity to be awarded the President’s Volunteer Service Award.

We are seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead, scale and optimize our affiliate representatives and our over 2,000 + ShareASale affiliate team members through creative thinking and proven digital and Internet marketing strategies. You will be responsible for the operations and growth of our affiliate program.

Besides utilizing their own avenues and sales techniques you and our affiliates can use anything at MatchingDonors.com, MatchingDonorsPSAS.com, Cars4Kidneys.com, Boats4Kidneys.com, RealEstate4Kidneys.com, Planes4Kidneys.com, RVs4Kidneys.com, DailyTransplantNews.com, DailyDiabetesNews.com. MatchingDonorsAffiliates.com, our Twitter page, our YouTube page, our Facebook page, our thousands of media contacts, our many other websites and sales tools.

Our affiliates earn commissions on the donation of cars, boats, planes, real estate properties, artwork, financial donations, stocks, and more. These donations have raised our affiliates, and our nonprofit a lot of money; while helping to save the lives of those needing organ transplants.

Through MatchingDonors.com, as an official certifying organization, our volunteers are eligible to receive the President’s Volunteer Service Award (PVSA) for their dedication to helping MatchingDonors.com. Our volunteers that achieve the minimum 100 hours of volunteering, receive a personalized congratulatory letter from the President of the United States, a certificate, a medallion, and a pin.

Your Role:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate program strategy that enhances visibility and supports our goals.
• Responsible for the operations and growth of our affiliate program.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on affiliate campaign results, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize effectiveness.
• In charge of the acquisition of new affiliates that will grow sustainable long-term revenue and enhance existing relationships within our network of affiliates.
• Determine strategy to optimize performance of our affiliates.
• Be responsible for day-to day program management affiliate communication, progress analysis, goal review, affiliate research etc.
• Work with our CEO and media team to determine the best use of budget allocation for our affiliates from our multi-million-dollar public service announcement advertising campaign www.MatchingDonorsPSAs.com, audience targeting and creative analyses.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge in affiliate marketing, and experience in internet and traditional marketing industry.
• Previous experience managing, training, and motivating an affiliate team is a plus.
• Experience managing social campaigns using relevant tools and platforms is a plus.
• Experience with building email campaigns is a plus.
