Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented UX Researcher to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in user experience and user interface design, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating seamless and visually appealing digital experiences. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and refine products that meet user needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities of a UX Researcher (Global Holistic Wellness Community Platform):

User Research & Insights

• Conduct in-depth research to understand the needs, behaviors, and pain points of holistic wellness practitioners, seekers, and conscious businesses.
• Utilize surveys, interviews, and usability testing to ensure the platform aligns with the diverse needs of a global wellness community.
• Analyze user journeys to enhance engagement, trust, and intuitive navigation.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

• Work closely with holistic practitioners, event organizers, and wellness brands to gather feedback and improve platform offerings.
• Partner with UX/UI designers, product managers, and developers to integrate research findings into user-centric design decisions.
• Advocate for a heart-centered, intuitive user experience that fosters authentic connections.

Methodology & Testing

• Facilitate A/B testing on features like booking systems, community engagement tools, and holistic service listings.
• Develop user personas that reflect various wellness paths (e.g., healers, seekers, spiritual entrepreneurs).
• Conduct accessibility testing to ensure the platform is inclusive to all users, including those with disabilities.

Continuous Improvement & Strategy

• Stay updated on trends in wellness technology, mindful design, and holistic user experience.
• Use data analytics to assess engagement levels and identify growth opportunities.
• Contribute to the long-term UX strategy by aligning research insights with the platform’s mission of global holistic wellness and transformation.

Ethical & Inclusive Research

• Ensure research processes respect user privacy, energetic boundaries, and ethical data collection.
• Advocate for inclusivity by designing for diverse spiritual backgrounds, healing modalities, and cultural perspectives.
• Support community-driven feedback loops to co-create a platform that resonates with its users.
• Design Execution: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
• User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project objectives.
• Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all products.
• Feedback Iteration: Incorporate feedback from users and team members to iterate and improve design solutions.
• Visual Design: Develop and maintain a cohesive visual style that aligns with brand guidelines and enhances user experience.
• Usability: Ensure that designs are accessible, intuitive, and user-friendly.

Skills & Qualifications – UX Researcher (Global Holistic Wellness Community Platform)

Core Skills:

• User Research Methods – Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research, including surveys, interviews, usability testing, and ethnographic studies.
• UX Design Principles – Strong understanding of user-centered design (UCD), information architecture, and usability heuristics.
• Data Analysis & Interpretation – Ability to analyze behavioral data, user feedback, and platform engagement metrics to generate actionable insights.
• Empathy & Human-Centered Thinking – Deep understanding of emotional and psychological aspects of user interactions, especially in wellness and healing spaces.
• A/B Testing & Experimentation – Experience running usability experiments to optimize engagement and platform features.
• Journey Mapping & Persona Development – Ability to create detailed user personas and journey maps tailored to wellness practitioners, seekers, and conscious businesses.
• Communication – Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate research results to stakeholders with the ability to work with users and cross-functionally with designers, developers, content creators, and business strategists.
• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach to UX research.
• Accessibility & Inclusive Design – Knowledge of WCAG guidelines and inclusive research methodologies to ensure platform usability for all individuals.
• Holistic & Mindful Research Approach – Sensitivity to wellness communities, spiritual practices, and diverse healing modalities.
• Tech & Tool Proficiency – Experience with UX research tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, and Figma/Miro for visual synthesis.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in UX Research, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Cognitive Science, or a related field.
• Experience in the Wellness Industry – Background or deep interest in holistic healing, mindfulness, conscious business, or community-driven platforms.
• Familiarity with Wellness Tech & Digital Communities – Understanding of how people engage with online wellness services, events, and holistic practitioners.
• Knowledge of Ethical Research Practices – Ensuring informed consent, energetic boundaries, and privacy considerations in research methodologies.
• Multicultural Awareness & Global Perspective – Ability to design research that considers diverse cultural, spiritual, and healing traditions.
