Overview:

The SALT Apps, Inc. is seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our Faithful Innovators Volunteer Experience (F.I.V.E.)™ program. This unique volunteer opportunity is designed to support the growth of our nonprofit organization while providing participants with invaluable skills and experiences. Inspired by the scripture of feeding the 5,000 (Matthew 14:13-21), we are looking for 500 individuals to support the foundation of building and creating lucrative jobs for themselves and others. Our goal is to teach individuals to work diligently and collaboratively like ants, per Proverbs 6:6-8, ultimately helping them transition into paid roles.

A.N.T.S. Framework™:

Participants in the F.I.V.E. program will be guided by the A.N.T.S. framework, which emphasizes:

• Agile: Encouraging flexibility and adaptability to new challenges.
• Networked: Promoting strong, supportive connections within the team.
• Technical: Developing technical expertise and skills in various areas.
• Stewards: Instilling a sense of responsibility and diligent work ethics.

Just as ants work diligently when conditions allow, this program offers flexibility, emphasizing output over rigid schedules—empowering participants through the agile way of work.

Volunteers will learn these principles from our executive leadership team, ready to train determined individuals who are also ready to serve.

About Our CEO:

Our CEO has over 11 years of experience as an Agile Senior Principal Management Consultant, specializing in cybersecurity and software. He has led significant projects for global companies like Comcast, Hearst, Bank of America, and Northern Trust. He began his career through the Year Up program and interned at GE, where he was recognized for saving $3.3M in IT costs.

He has successfully spearheaded over 50 projects ranging from $500K to $20M, leading teams of up to 35 members across 11 industries, contributing to organizations with combined revenues over $385 billion and assets exceeding $6.83 trillion. As a certified Agilist since 2014, he has optimized processes and led Agile transformations to achieve greater efficiency and collaboration.

As the founder of The SALT Apps, Inc., a SaaS hybrid for/nonprofit startup, he leads a global team of 25 volunteers, driving innovative life management and productivity tools. Volunteers in the F.I.V.E. program will gain hands-on experience and mentorship from a leader with proven expertise and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Funding and Grants - Research and write grant proposals, organize fundraising events and campaigns.
• Technology - Work on software development and maintenance, provide technical support and manage IT infrastructure.
• Cybersecurity - Monitor and improve cybersecurity measures, ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
• Business Analysis and Project Management - Analyze business needs and processes, plan, execute, and oversee projects.
• Social Media Marketing - Develop content for social media channels, manage and grow social media presence.
• Graphic Design - Create visual content for various platforms, improve user experience for digital products.
• Videography and Photography - Create video content for promotional and documentation purposes, capture high-quality images for marketing and events.
• Website Development - Design and maintain the nonprofit’s website.
