Creshendo is a global nonprofit working to close access gaps for displaced communities by building programs that foster self-reliance, resilience, and digital inclusion. Our digital-first integration curriculum delivers vital training through low-data platforms like WhatsApp.

We are seeking a Tech & Digital Access Volunteer to support the technical backbone of our virtual integration program. This role ensures seamless Zoom facilitation and community-friendly WhatsApp material distribution.

Role Overview

The Tech Volunteer will help manage logistics for Zoom sessions, support participant onboarding, and ensure accessibility for participants with limited tech exposure. This position is perfect for someone interested in tech equity, digital learning, and refugee-centered design.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up Zoom sessions with breakout rooms and interpreter integration
• Troubleshoot participant tech challenges pre- and post-session
• Organize WhatsApp Broadcast Lists and distribute weekly resource kits
• Maintain organized Drive folders for team use

Qualifications

• Experience using Zoom, WhatsApp, and Google Workspace
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
• Multilingual or familiarity with refugee language groups (a plus)
• Availability of 6–10 hours per week for 4-6 months
