    STEM Canada is a registered not-for-profit global program specializing in advanced STEM-based educational curricula that emphasize the interconnected subject areas of science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM). The STEM program is open to all students from preschool to high school, with a mission to deliver top-notch STEM literacy and application, preparing students for globally competitive results.Position OverviewThe Endocrinology Teaching Assistant supports faculty in teaching endocrine system biology, hormone regulation, and related physiology, assisting students in understanding complex physiological processes.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Teaching endocrine physiology through discussion sessions, office hours, and reviewing materials.
    • Grading: Grade assignments, quizzes, and exams, and maintain student progress records.
    • Lab sessions with virtual labs and demonstrations related to endocrine processes.
    • Student Support: Help students understand complex endocrinological concepts, offering explanations and answering questions.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Endocrinology, Biology, or a related field; graduate students preferred.
    • Strong understanding of hormone systems and endocrine functions.
    • Ability to explain complex biological concepts clearly.
    • Previous teaching or tutoring experience is a plus.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Benefits
