Volunteer Role: Reference Team Member

Responsibilities:

• Send out reference requests for applicants, ensuring we receive feedback from at least three referees for each candidate.
• Conduct background checks to verify the accuracy of applicants' credentials and information on their CVs.
• Analyze feedback from referees to ensure applicants meet IHF’s standards of quality and integrity.
• Document and report findings to aid in the selection process.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication abilities to interact professionally with references.
• A commitment to IHF’s mission and values.
• Ability to dedicate a few hours per week to this volunteer role.
