Role Overview
As a Fundraising and Development Volunteer, you will support Creshendo’s fundraising strategy by conducting research, identifying potential donors, and assisting with campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Donor Research: Identify potential funding sources, including foundations, corporations, and individual donors.
- Campaign Support: Assist with planning and executing fundraising campaigns and events.
- Grant Assistance: Support grant application processes by preparing background information and materials.
- Database Management: Update donor records, manage contacts, and help track fundraising progress.
- Communications: Assist in creating outreach materials to engage donors and partners.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates:
- Strong research and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Basic understanding of fundraising and nonprofit development.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Commitment of at least 5 hours per week.
