We’re looking for a creative and analytical mind to help us master platform algorithms, optimize our content strategies, and expand our digital footprint across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze platform algorithms and trends to help us stay ahead of the curve
• Optimize content timing, formatting, and posting strategies
• Work closely with our marketing and content teams to boost visibility and engagement
• Track metrics and translate numbers into creative wins

What You Bring

• Deep knowledge of social media platforms and how their algorithms work
• A passion for music, community, and digital storytelling
• Strong analytical skills + a creative spark
• Availability for meetings in Eastern Time
