Accounting and tax filing assistance

We are in need of having our state and federal tax filings completed very soon, we are registered in California. We use wave accounting for our bookkeeping as that is a free app. If you are interested in a short or long term role with us, both are available. Thanks.

Sanctuary Hostel is an innovative nonprofit startup working to address the stray crisis, which exists worldwide, with special focus on Baja, Mexico. Our unique approach to addressing this problem involves building trust in the area and eventually building and opening an eco-hostel that drives community-based animal welfare through educational programs and serving as a rescue hub for the area. Our model plans to be self-sustaining in that we will not rely solely on donations and thus not be at risk of returning animals to the streets. Qualifications/Skills

• Ability to work effectively with other volunteers and diverse stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and asynchronously in a remote environment
• Detail oriented and not afraid to take and provide objective feedback
• Previous startup and nonprofit experience, is highly desired
• Passionate about the welfare of all animals, everywhere

We currently have the land and architectural designs, and are actively laying the groundwork to extend our fundraising for construction of the facility.
