Founding Board Member - Financial Expert/Accountant

Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated financial professional to join our founding Board of Directors. You will play a vital role in establishing our financial infrastructure, ensuring accountability, and safeguarding our resources. Responsibilities:

• Approximately 8 hrs/mo dedicated to the following:
• Oversee financial management and reporting
• Develop and implement accounting procedures
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations
• Contribute to budget development and financial planning

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred
• 3+ years of accounting experience (nonprofit experience a plus)
• Strong understanding of financial management principles
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Commitment to Dream Experiences' mission
