Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote/Unpaid Volunteer)

This volunteer position offers a unique opportunity to utilize your skills and contribute to making a significant impact on individuals' lives.

Responsibilities:

• Managing job ads on career pages and other platforms.
• Screening resumes and application forms.
• Scheduling and conducting interviews with shortlisted candidates.
• Assisting with other HR-related tasks.
• Attend weekly team meetings on Tuesdays at 10:30am MDT and Saturdays at 10am MDT to discuss talent needs.

Qualifications:

• Any previous experience or studies related to Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.
• Openness to continuous learning.
• Proficient with Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
