Systems Administrator Volunteer

Hack4Impact is a student-led 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that builds software solutions for non-profit partners to help support their missions and increase their impact. We are chaptered in 16 universities and have empowered over 2000 students and alumnis to make a difference in their local community.

We are looking for a skilled Systems Administrator to manage and maintain Hack4Impact organizational accounts and access systems. This role is essential for ensuring smooth onboarding of members and teams and managing various platform accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts and access for the organization’s members.
• Oversee the onboarding process for members and teams, including setting up Google Drive/Workspace, Notion, Slack, and various permissions.
• Handle the administration and maintenance of accounts.
• Manage GitHub repositories.
• Administer and organize Airtable and Open Collective accounts.
• Organize drive files and workspace pages.

Seeking an individual strong organizational and technical skills with the ability to learn new software. Experience isn’t required, looking for initiative and eagerness to learn!
