Social Media Manager

WorkFour is building the movement for a 4-day workweek in the U.S. — and we’re looking for a creative, social-media-savvy volunteer to help us tell that story.

💼 What You’ll Do

• Lead content creation across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, X/Twitter, Reddit)
• Plan and execute monthly content campaigns around our advocacy and fundraising goals
• Stay on top of social trends and plug WorkFour into relevant convos

✨ Who You Are

• You’ve created social content before — for yourself, an org, or a brand
• You’re fluent in TikTok, Reels, memes, and the language of the algorithm
• You’re self-directed and can own projects from idea to post

⏰ Time Commitment

• 3–5 hours/week (flexible)
• Ideally available for a weekly async
• Minimum 3-month commitment
