TeenWorks is a nonprofit organization that provides summer employment and professional development opportunities to teens to empower them to achieve success in life after high school. Each year, with the help of our volunteers, TeenWorks interviews over 1,000 teens across Indiana to select participants for our summer employment program. Help teens get that essential first job experience by volunteering for TeenWorks Interview Day in Anderson, where you will sit down with applicants and conduct interviews, taking notes to help TeenWorks staff make hiring decisions. We will provide the questions; all you need to bring is yourself and a laptop!
