The secretary plays a critical role in fostering communication and ensuring proper management and utilization of important organizational records duties may change from time to time that may be assigned by the board.
- Personal assistant tasks for the executive director, including, but not limited to, extensive email correspondence and organizing both internal and external meetings.
- Send out emails: Emailing potential clients about our services for securing new clients. Look online for businesses who may need our help.
- Some of the other duties that they may perform on the job include writing reports, ordering supplies and coordinating office events.
