Led by a passionate student, our team is searching for an enthusiastic Social Media Manager to help us grow our online presence, raise awareness, and inspire action.

As a Social Media Manager, you will play a vital role in crafting engaging content and managing our social media channels. You will be the voice of our initiative online, sharing our mission, values, and achievements with the world.

• Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase engagement and followers across various platforms
• Create compelling, shareable content, including text posts, images, and videos
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, professional manner
• Collaborate with other team members to promote events, campaigns, and initiatives
• Analyze social media metrics to gauge performance and adjust strategies accordingly

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization
• Proficiency in creating visually appealing content using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of social media best practices, trends, and algorithms
• Familiarity with social media analytics and scheduling tools
• Passion for community empowerment and social impact, particularly in supporting individuals experiencing homelessness
