RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the strategic pipeline of 3D and video production deliverables
- Manage a team of 3D Artists and Video Editors to effectively delegate tasks
- Cross-collaborate with Design and Development Leads to ensure 3D assets meet project requirements and optimize project direction
- Conduct presentations and facilitate weekly standup meetings to monitor progress
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in 3D modeling, lighting, texturing, rigging, and animating
- Experience in leading a team and video editing is preferred
- Proficiency and access to programs such as Blender, Autodesk Maya, Maxon, CrazyTalk, Unreal engine, Unity or other equivalent 3D rendering and rigging software
- Demonstrated portfolio of 3D and video projects
- Ability to take initiative and stay up to date with industry trends
