    Volunteer Program Manager – Nonprofit Organization

    Are you passionate about creating meaningful impact in your community? Join our nonprofit as a Volunteer Program Manager and help us empower lives through innovative programs!

    As Program Manager, you’ll oversee the implementation and growth of our initiatives, ensuring they run smoothly and effectively while aligning with the organization’s mission.

    Our Programs:

    • Student Impact Center: Supporting students with resources and mentorship to thrive academically and personally.
    • Free Impact Little Library: Promoting literacy by providing free access to books and resources in underserved communities.
    • Family Advocacy Support Services: Offering guidance and resources to families navigating challenges.
    • Humanity First Distribution: Providing essential items such as food, clothing, and hygiene products to individuals in need.

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate, monitor, and evaluate the organization’s programs to ensure their success and impact.
    • Collaborate with staff, volunteers, and community partners to enhance program delivery.
    • Develop and manage program budgets in partnership with the Treasurer.
    • Prepare reports and updates for the board and stakeholders.
    • Recruit, train, and oversee program volunteers to build strong, committed teams.
    • Identify opportunities for program improvement and expansion.

    Qualifications:

    • Strong organizational and project management skills.
    • Experience in program development or management (preferred but not required).
    • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
    • Passion for community service and alignment with our mission.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups.

    Time Commitment:

    This role requires approximately 6-10 hours per month, including meetings, program oversight, and event participation.
