Lakeland Care, Incorporated

Lakeland Care Inc. (LCI) is a Wisconsin-based non-profit organization that focuses on creating a world we all want to live in. LCI provides long-term care services and supports to eligible frail elders and individuals with physical, intellectual and/or developmental disabilities through Wisconsin’s Family Care program. LCI also offers private care management for those who do not qualify for Family Care. In addition, Lakeland Care supports businesses, organizations, and individuals in meeting their unique goals and aspirations through specialized training, consulting, and coaching services.
