We have been dedicated to supporting the well-being and development of young individuals since 2011. Our services cater to youth at different stages of their journey, aiming to boost their mental, emotional, social, academic, and vocational growth. We serve communities in a variety of states across the country and know first-hand that investing in the health and wellness of young people is key to a thriving community.

About Us
Youth Rising began in 2014 in rural Oregon as an incubator project inspired by Founding CEO, Tasha Locks and a handful of youth. We envision communities where youth and young adults transition successfully to adulthood with good mental health and well-being, safe and secure housing and prepared to further their education and work experience.
