WeSpeak Mentoring

WeSpeak Mentoring is a virtual program that connects girls from underserved communities in Pakistan & India with professional women across the globe, in a series of 1-1 online sessions.

Our mission is to promote the economic empowerment of girls by providing them with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to pursue their goals and reach their full potential.

We collaborate with local schools, NGOs, and government institutions to reach girls who need support the most. Many of these girls lack access to the internet, so schools play a crucial role by providing the necessary space and resources to make the sessions possible.

• Each girl is carefully matched with her mentor based on her interest & career aspirations
• We provide all training & support to mentors in this structured program
• Sessions are flexible timed around the mentor/mentee for a total of 3 sessions
• Mentors come from diverse fields including medicine, technology, finance, humanities, and more.
