The Public Justice Center (“PJC”) is a State-wide non-profit civil legal services program based in Baltimore, Maryland. The PJC pursues broad-based change through individual and class action litigation, advocacy with agency policy makers, legislative advocacy, client and public education, and the media. Current priorities include housing, workers rights, health rights, juvenile justice reform, access to courts for language minorities, and the establishment of a right to counsel in civil cases.
