The Alexander & Baldwin Sugar Museum is an independent non-profit 501 c 3 organization dedicated to preserving and presenting the history and heritage of the sugar industry, and the multiethnic plantation life it engendered. Our vision is to provide a enriching experience to those learning about the sugar industry and understanding Hawaii's plantation heritage and how it shaped our current island society.
