    We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Technology Department Intern to join our team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in various aspects of information technology, including support, systems management, and project implementation. The intern will work closely with our IT team to develop skills and gain professional insights.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Technical Support: Assist in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues for employees
    • Systems Management: Support the maintenance and monitoring of company systems and networks
    • Project Implementation: Participate in the planning and execution of IT projects and initiatives
    • Documentation: Create and update technical documentation and user guides.
    • Training: Help conduct training sessions for staff on new technologies and systems

    Qualifications

    • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering)
    • Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
    • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing technological environments

    This is a paid internship. The rate will be a minimum of $17 p/hr.
