CEO’s many programs offer a broad range of services to meet the needs of our community.

    Our Administrative Team is seeking a Controller that will:

    • Oversee the day-to-day work of the accounting staff.
    • Complete monthly account and bank reconciliations
    • Review or complete monthly closing entries in the financial management system.
    • Ensure integrity of financial results and reporting related to government contracts and grants.
    • Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivable balances.
    • Coordinate and produce monthly reporting for Federally and state funded grant programs and assist with preparation of budget modifications.
    • Assist with the preparation and conduct of the annual independent audit of the Agency’s financial statements, as well as the annual Form 990/CHAR500 tax filings.
    • Assist with the agency pension plan.
    • Assist with Budget development and monthly financial reporting
    • Primarily responsible for the annual financial statement audit
    • Comply with all finance office and agency policies and procedures.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in accounting required
    • 5+ years of experience of progressive fiscal responsibilities specific to the non-profit industry
    • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (proficient in Excel)
    • Experience with accounting software packages (FundEZ is the software used by the Agency)
    • Experience with cost accounting and fund accounting
    • Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S without the need for Visa Sponsorship
