Nestled in the mountains of Western North Carolina, Montreat is a private, non-profit conference center with roots in the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.). For over 100 years, we have been a place set apart for those who journey here seeking a closer relationship with their Creator.
We are seeking a Director for Programs. Each director is part of a team of five that administers and the full array of Montreat-created programs throughout the year. This director position will be responsible for the following: Thriving Congregations Initiative (funded by a grant from the Lilly Endowment); Clubs (day camp), child care, and recreation programs (summer programs for the public); summer staff leadership program; and College Conference @ Montreat for college-aged adults.
