Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with major donors, prospects, and board members
- Oversee donor communications; support content development for fundraising materials and social media
- Coordinate meetings and donor cultivation events
- Manage database activities, process gifts and maintain accurate records
Qualifications:
- 2 years nonprofit development experience, preferred
- Proficient in donor software (iWave, eTapestry) and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, organizational and project management skills
- Experience with donor relations and fundraising, preferred
- Ability to work onsite in San Francisco
Compensation & Benefits:
- $70,000 to $75,000 annually + overtime eligibility
- Full medical, dental, vision coverage, retirement plan, paid time off
