Purpose of this Position
The Senior Manager of Global Programs at EverFree plays a critical role in implementing and scaling the Freedom Lifemap, specifically overseeing the deployment of the Freedom Lifemap Technology platform and data sharing while convening with global partners. This position requires strategic collaboration with Innovation Partners worldwide, our program hubs, multilateral partners, and signature sites in the Philippines and Uganda, ensuring seamless integration within the EverFree Partner Network. With specialized expertise in ending exploitation, you will navigate its complexities and organize global summits while spearheading coalition-building efforts to enhance the Freedom Lifemap tool. Acting as EverFree's program lead, you will guide its strategic direction, driving growth and adoption to maximize impact. Additionally, you will work closely with the UCI Research Director to leverage insights and data to inspire action within the sector and share valuable knowledge across the partner network. Reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer, you will lead programs and partnerships that advance EverFree's global mission in this remote, full-time position, which includes up to 30% domestic and/or international travel. The Freedom Lifemap Business Development Manager, US Partner Coordinator, Freedom Lifemap Global Coordinator (based in the Philippines), Tech Support Coordinator, and other contract partners or hubs (such as Poverty Stoplight) will report to you.
Core Responsibilities
Freedom Lifemap Scale & Partner Management
- In collaboration with EverFree leadership, this position will play an active role in shaping the global direction of Freedom Lifemap with strategic insights and innovative approaches. Identify, assess, onboard, and manage a global program network of partners, coalitions, and multilateral organizations to effectively scale the Freedom Lifemap.
- Oversee the implementation and adaptation process of EverFree’s Freedom Lifemap model and tools throughout the partner network, ensuring that adaptations meet specific partner needs while acting as the primary driver of program strategy and integration.
- Oversee the adaptation of the Freedom Lifemap (with technical advising from Poverty Stoplight) to meet the specific needs of different partner organizations, facilitating customization where necessary.
- Foster collaboration to expand the reach of the Freedom Lifemap, ensuring services are accessible to survivors of broader exploitation and those at risk, with shared prevention goals.
- Act as EverFree’s representative in the Global Leadership Collaborative (GLC) and lead the EverFree Global Network (EGN) to share programs, methodologies, and best practices globally.
- Work closely with the UCI Research Director to share insights and data from Freedom Lifemap implementations that inspire action within the sector and enhance the effectiveness of the partner network.
- Manage the efforts of the Business Development Manager to grow Freedom Lifemap adoption and enhance program visibility through targeted outreach and engagement strategies.
- Serve as the primary liaison between EverFree, Signature Sites, Innovation Partners, and hubs, providing ongoing training and support while fostering collaboration to ensure alignment with EverFree's strategic goals.
- Monitor and report on partner results according to the strategic plan, addressing delays and challenges proactively to ensure successful program outcomes.
- Collaborate with the Research Director and Grants and Impact Manager to analyze data and create comprehensive reports for internal and external audiences, guiding program strategy and future initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies across all partners, emphasizing participant protection and ethical practices in all collaborations.
- Lead feedback loop from partners to tech development team to guide platform improvements and features.
Network, Training, and Summits
- Lead Lifemap network calls in collaboration with the GLC and innovation partners to share insights, drive engagement, and reinforce program objectives.
- Collect information from partners and Signature Sites to identify collaboration, training, and information-sharing opportunities that enhance the Freedom Lifemap's effectiveness.
- Oversee the organization of global and regional summits, convening partners to share best practices, foster collaboration, and strengthen the Freedom Lifemap community.
- Oversee the development of all EverFree training materials, collaborating with direct reports and other departments to deploy training effectively, encouraging widespread adoption of the Freedom Lifemap.
- Identify areas for training needs and make strategic recommendations to enhance partner capacity, ensuring that all partners are equipped to leverage the Freedom Lifemap effectively.
- Coordinate training initiatives with partners, including the Tech Support Coordinator, to disseminate best practices effectively and drive continuous improvement in service delivery and program outcomes.
