    To provide administrative and operational support with a focus on financial and budget-related

    responsibilities.

    Core Responsibilities:

    • Financial and budget management
    • Management of administrative and operational aspects of multiple projects
    • Develops, prepares, and maintains financial reports and records
    • Conducts research and analysis and organizes data and information
    • Comply with university, federal and state laws, policies, rules and regulations
    • Performs reconciliations
    • Develops and maintains reporting tools
    • Facilitates meetings and workshops

    Effective interpersonal and communication skills

    Strong skills in:

    ▪ Time management and organization

    ▪ Interpersonal and communication

    ▪ Accounting or finance

    ▪ Superior analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills

    Demonstrated working knowledge of:

    ▪ Microsoft Office Suite with proficiency in Excel and spreadsheets.

    ▪ Applicable federal and state regulations, policies and procedures

    Demonstrated ability to effectively:

    ▪ Organize and parse data

    ▪ Reconcile data

    ▪ Manage multiple projects in a changing and high-paced environment

    ▪ Manage and build human and financial resources

    ▪ Mastery of financial / project management tools and techniques

    Minimum Qualifications

    A bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and professional experience

    At least two (2) years of experience managing budgets
