We’re seeking an Executive Assistant to join our operations team for this exciting next phase by working with our Executive Director on scheduling, communications and operations support.

Win Without War offers a generous benefits package, including health, vision, and dental, unlimited paid vacation, cell phone reimbursement, an employee assistance program, and a retirement program (403b) with an up to 5% employer match after six months of employment. The position is full time, classified as exempt, and is at-will.

Hiring Timeline: We hope to begin interviews in late January and make a final decision and job offer by mid-late March but will be aiming to move quickly.
