Summary:
The Director Individual Philanthropy will be a self-driven, front-line fundraiser on the Development and Communications team. The Director will play an important role in building the individual giving donor and prospect pools – with a focus on securing five- and six-figure plus gifts – manage a personal portfolio of major donors and prospects, partner with leadership on donor strategies, and contribute to cultivation and fundraising events.
The Director of Individual Philanthropy will report to the VP Individual & Community Engagement and will work closely with Safe Horizon’s Chief Development and Communications Officer, Chief Executive Officer, Board of Directors, executive leadership and other members of the Development and Communications team.

This position is currently on a hybrid schedule with 2 days per week on site and 3 days per week remote.
