    RCS is comprised of three organizations serving children. Our nonprofit, private special education school, RCS Learning Center, our consulting company, RCS Behavioral & Educational Consulting and our childcare center, Mini-Miracles Early Education and Child Care. We have been providing individualized services to children and families for over 25 years now.

    The ideal candidate will play a strong leadership role in the Advancement team in implementing marketing and communications efforts that support the three organizations. The Executive Team at our organization is highly involved with business development efforts and we are looking for an individual to assist us. Hybrid, flexible schedule: remote and in-office in our Natick location.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design, develop, and implement strategic marketing campaigns to drive awareness, potential customer interest, email list growth, and social media audience growth
    • Lead marketing efforts to enhance community and client engagement and drive awareness of RCS and Mini-Miracles' missions, fostering deeper consideration
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with marketing objectives
    • Social media management: Utilizes resources to execute new social media campaigns and organize cross-platform content strategies to enhance brand presence
    • Creates content while adhering to campaign strategy and brand guidelines for social media posts
    • Posts and schedules content on all social media accounts
    • Experience in Google Analytics, Canva, Adobe, SEO, etc.
    • Collateral & graphics: Assist in the creation of compelling marketing collateral such as social media post graphics, flyers
    • Email creation and management: Lead the development, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns and newsletters, including audience segmentation, automation, and A/B testing
    • Data reporting and analysis: Monitor and analyze key metrics monthly - and as needed - across marketing efforts (social media followers, engagement, website visitors, email open rates, etc.) to optimize campaigns and report performance to leadership
    • Represent RCS at local conferences, events and networking activities as assigned
    • Seek out networking, advertising, and blogging opportunities to raise RCS profile among diverse constituencies
    • Plan and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, events, digital/social programs, advertising, direct mail, content syndication, and website enhancements
    • Aid in capturing and collecting live media (photos, videos, etc.) of internal/external events
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities

    Qualifications:

    • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
    • Five to seven years of marketing or development experience with an eye towards fundraising
    • Experience with Constant Contact (or similar email platform), social media platforms, Canva, and paid-ads
    • Be comfortable taking the lead on planning and executing projects and initiatives from start to finish
    • Must a problem solver, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and be highly organized without losing sight of larger objectives
    • Can work independently and be self-directed, while also able to work collaboratively within a team environment
    • Detail oriented and adaptable to work in a changing environment
    • Comfortable with multi-tasking and prioritizing appropriately
    • Can sit at a computer for extended periods of time
    • Understanding of the human services industry helpful but not required
    • Outgoing personality and sense of humor a plus
