The Manager will support staff with training, reporting, and best practices to ensure the database is a powerful tool for engagement and growth.

This is a full-time, exempt position with a comprehensive benefits package and an annual salary of $65,000.This is a remote position within the state of South Carolina.

    About the Organization:

WREN is a non-partisan, non-profit, gender justice advocacy organization. We advocate, educate, research, and convene community in service to women and girls for a more equitable South Carolina. We envision a liberated South Carolina where women and girls can shape their own futures.

    About the Ideal Candidate:

    • You are a strategic thinker and detail-oriented doer who is energized by connecting people to purpose.
    • You thrive in both the big-picture strategy and the behind-the-scenes systems that make fundraising work.
    • You understand that donor engagement is about relationships, not just revenue — and you bring empathy, creativity, and persistence to building and maintaining those connections.
    • You love data — organizing it, interpreting it, and using it to tell a story.
    • You’re equally comfortable writing a compelling appeal as you are analyzing performance metrics or cleaning up a donor database.
    • You enjoy structure and process, and you know that accuracy and organization are what enable mission-driven storytelling to succeed.
    • You bring a deep sense of ownership to your work, balancing long-term planning with the ability to adapt and pivot as needed.
    • You have experience managing annual giving programs and donor databases (preferably Bloomerang or similar CRM), and you’ve got a track record of using segmentation, stewardship, and data insights to improve donor retention and giving outcomes.
    • You’re curious and analytical — someone who asks good questions, seeks continuous improvement, and uses data to drive decisions.
    • Collaboration is second nature to you. You work well across departments, are a clear communicator, and understand the importance of alignment between fundraising and communications.
    • You handle sensitive donor data with integrity and confidentiality.
    • You appreciate a fast-paced, values-driven workplace and contribute to a culture of respect, equity, and accountability.
    • You’re not just looking for a job — you’re looking for a place to make a meaningful impact.
