    Descrição

Disability Policy Consortium (DPC) is Massachusetts’ leading statewide disability rights organization. Since 1996, we have taken a multi-pronged approach to making Massachusetts and the wider world more accessible and inclusive for people with disabilities, from successfully advocating for a sevenfold increase in state housing funding for people with disabilities, to conducting nationally impactful studies on healthcare quality for people with disabilities, to helping thousands of disabled MassHealth members resolve issues with their care plans and providers and access the care they need.

We are proud that, even as we have more than doubled our staff and budget over the last six years, we have developed a warm, collaborative, and transparent culture that prioritizes accessibility and supporting one another as we do the often-difficult work of advancing disability rights. This is an organization where people can bring their whole selves to work and be supported in all their identities, and that provides ample opportunities for professional growth and advancement. We are searching for a development leader who will bring their experience and skillset to help us fund our continuing mission.
