Position summary
The Division Coordinator, Communications & Publications serves as a key member of the Communications & Publications (C&P) division’s Operations Team, providing support for operations and project management functions within the division. This role involves coordination across communications, digital, editing, design, translation and production projects, as well as support for budgeting, professional development, and team functions. The Division Coordinator, Communications & Publications reports to the Senior C&P Program Manager and works closely with divisional directors and managers to improve inter- and intradivisional processes, and to ensure that products move through the C&P pipeline efficiently.

The starting salary for this position is between $64,500 to $96,700 and will be commensurate with experience. This is a Union represented position. The Guttmacher Institute practices a hybrid work schedule, requiring in-office attendance 8 days per month at our NYC location. We offer excellent benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; vacation, personal, and sick time; paid parental leave; tuition reimbursement; commuting subsidy; and a 401(k) plan with employer match. The range for this position is specific to New York and DC, but base pay may vary depending on a wide range of factors, including experience, skill sets, and training. New hires are typically brought into the organization between the minimum to midpoint of the salary range posted depending on qualifications, internal equity, and the budgeted amount for the role.
