    Position Overview

    The Manager for Data, Evaluation, and Technology Integration is a pivotal role in managing and informing the activities of data measurement, program and product evaluation, and the standardization and integration of technology in support of the customer experience with Give an Hour’s mental health and wellness programs and products, ensuring consistency of goals, milestones, and objectives under management direction and other staff collaboration.

    The scope includes managing and administrating day-to-day data, evaluation, and technology integration implementation and contributing to the advancement of product offerings such as satisfaction and impact throughout the customer journey as a program participant, wellness ambassador, peer supporter, mental health professional, or education and training participant.

    Also included is actively engaging in customer-centric data analysis, ensuring that program goals are tailored to the needs of those served, that customers engage in a transformative experience; and that program managers and leadership are aware of trends with recommendations for continuous improvement(s).

    Serving as the crucial link between delivery and the customer experience, this position will embody Give an Hour's commitment to customer satisfaction. In addition, with a focus on humility and curiosity, this position will leverage data analysis to inform program design, implementation, and evaluation, learning from lived experiences and ensuring seamless program delivery that is responsive, relevant, and transformative.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Leads Customer First Measurement, evaluation, and technology integration and related partner, vendor, stakeholder, staff relationships
    • Creates standardizations for data collection, evaluation, and supporting technology; ensures engagement touchpoints are set to track and report accordingly
    • Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and creates routine and ad hoc reports and visuals to inform strategy and refinement of experiences with people, programs, and products
    • Leads customer and staff user experience to ensure systems and processing are streamlined, user friendly, efficient, and optimal; works collaboratively to troubleshoot/overcome challenges
    • Creates data measurement, evaluation, and tech integration processes, procedures, tools, resources, and associated trainings for proposals
    • Manages and monitors progress towards all project goals and monthly documentation and reporting
    • Continuous onboarding and upskilling of staff on utilization of systems through individual and group training and technical assistance
    • Establishes/oversees evaluation schedule, calendar, timeline, deadlines
    • Attends meetings, workshops, convenings, webinars, trainings
    • Oversees and tracks budget expenditures within allotment, advises of issues
    • Oversees technology programs and relevant contracts that feed the data and evaluation information loop
    • Notifies of proposed contract changes and communicates issues or challenges
    • Writes program reports, contract wording, paperwork, forms
    • Codevelops performance management goals; engages in performance improvement, career
    • progression planning
    • Sources and recommends internal and external supports and resources
    • Other duties as assigned

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

    • Data Measurement: Actionable Insights Produced: Measure the number of actionable insights generated from data collection and analysis, demonstrating the impact on business decisions.
    • Evaluation: Implementation Rate of Recommendations: Evaluate the percentage of recommendations from program evaluations that are actively implemented, indicating the value of insights in improving the customer experience.
    • Technology Integration: User Adoption and Satisfaction: Assess the level of user adoption of integrated technologies and satisfaction with implemented solutions, ensuring alignment with user needs and enhancing overall productivity and user experience.
    • Project Management: Timeliness of Component Delivery: Measure of key timelines against on time project deliverables schedule.
    • Organizational Values: Core Values Integration: Self-Assessed Living into Core Values. Demonstrate alignment of values integration in program and project outcomes and team dynamics as a driver of culture.

    • Technology Proficiencies: Microsoft Office Suite, LearnDash or similar LMS, Pardot, Qualtrics, Monday.com, Salesforce NPSP CRM; maintains top technical proficiency in the organization.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a nonprofit organization.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination, management, data analysis or equivalent combination of job-related education and experience.
    • Demonstrated experience with Salesforce instance administration.
    • Experience fostering a customer centric environment.
    • Experience working with diverse populations, including survivors of trauma, military, and veteran communities, or the ability to acquire such competencies.

    Position Elements and Benefits:

    • Salary: $60,000 annually
    • Benefits include: Health Insurance options, 403b with 2% match, EAP, 6-weeks PTO, 2 floating holidays, 11 paid Federal Holidays, parental Leave, technology stipend
    • Location: Remote position with 15-20% reimbursable travel or meetings outside of the home office
