Family Care Specialist
Under the direction of the Senior Manager, the Family Care Specialist is responsible for enhancing direct assistance and professional intervention to Alzheimer’s families and to foster cooperative relationships with the local community health and social service professionals. The Family Care Specialist is responsible for the delivery of Helpline and Care Consultation services. Additionally, this position is responsible for assisting in the recruitment and training for Program Volunteers, including Community Educators and Community Representatives.

Position Location: East Bay Office, Emeryville, California
Full time Exempt, based on 37.5 hours per week minimum
Position Grade: 405 ($72,000-$74,000)
Reports To: Senior Manager of Community Engagement
