About the Manager, Events and Membership Role:
BRIC seeks a Manager, Membership and Events to manage and oversee BRIC’s membership program and special event strategy, two key avenues of revenue for BRIC. The Manager, Membership and Events will report to the Associate Director, Development. This role will play a key role in driving revenue growth across membership and individuals, devising an event strategy that capitalizes on stewardship and cultivation across all of BRIC’s programs. The ideal candidate will be a team player, comfortable interacting with members and donors, and positioned to take on a leadership role within the department.

Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is $50K - $60K.
Status and location: This is a full-time exempt role based in our Brooklyn office.
Benefits: BRIC has a comprehensive benefits package, including: paid time off, 403B retirement plan, pre-tax transit cards, medical flexible spending plans and more. BRIC currently pays 100% of the premium for employee medical, dental and vision coverage starting on the first of the month after 2 months of employment.
