Pet Partners is a national non-profit leader that supports thousands of therapy animal teams who are specially trained to lovingly share the healing power of pets with people in need. We are currently seeking a skilled Program Technology Specialist to support the systems and tools that power Pet Partners’ work, with a focus on supporting both program execution and member engagement. Reporting to the Senior Director of Technology, this role assists with platforms such as Salesforce, Zoom, and Zapier; ensures data accuracy across systems; and provides responsive support to internal users. The Program Technology Specialist plays a key role in the day-to-day operation of technology that enables the organization to deliver high-quality, mission-aligned services. Working closely with colleagues across departments, the Program Technology Specialist helps maintain a reliable and efficient digital infrastructure. This includes monitoring data quality, supporting virtual event delivery, coordinating data transfers, and contributing to documentation and reporting efforts. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working across platforms to keep technology running smoothly in support of organizational goals. This role will serve as an energetic, collaborative and effective team player both within the department and across the Pet Partners organization, exemplifying our core values of being Accountable, Agile, Determined, Positive and Solution-Focused.

Education/Experience:
3-5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in the following:
Certificates and Licenses: Salesforce Associate Certification Preferred

To perform the job, the employee is frequently required to talk and hear on the telephone and verbally communicate in person with individuals and groups. The position requires frequent keyboarding. The incumbent may occasionally reach with hands and arms. The incumbent is required to read and respond to documents in hard copy and electronic form.
The incumbent occasionally will carry materials weighing up to 20 lbs. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate if/when in an office environment.
Travel Requirements: Occasional travel may be required.
