The National Digital Inclusion Alliance (NDIA) seeks an enthusiastic and qualified Senior Digital Navigator Curriculum Manager. This position will play a crucial role in enhancing the sustainability of the Digital Navigator field. The position will work closely to support training and curriculum for 13 designated community-based project sites within 11 states, managing digital skills curriculum innovation and creating and maintaining timelines across the 13 Sites. A strong candidate will possess the right combination of digital inclusion expertise, experience in curriculum design and development, and creative problem-solving skills. This position requires experience in program and project management, a comprehensive understanding of current digital navigation programs, and impeccable writing skills. National Digital Inclusion Alliance (NDIA) advances digital equity by supporting community programs and equipping policymakers to act. We represent and support more than 1,900 US organizations working for affordable broadband, access to devices, and digital skills training and support.
Since 2015, NDIA has led and built the digital equity community throughout the US, and in turn, created a growing movement. NDIA supports digital inclusion practitioners with networking and community building, platforms to establish and share best practices, guidebooks, and tools that establish standards for digital inclusion programming.
