    POSITION SUMMARY

    Prizmah seeks a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our School Advancement team.

    The school advancement team works with individual day schools, communities of day schools,

    federations and foundations on a wide variety of programs and initiatives related to day school

    enrollment, day school affordability, and development/fundraising. This position will provide

    comprehensive management support for programs and initiatives related to school advancement.

    This role will work collaboratively with team members to address advancement challenges across

    the field and drive implementation of Prizmah’s strategic initiatives that support Jewish day school

    sustainability and growth.

    CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

    Program Management (50%)

    • In partnership with School Advancement team members, coordinate and facilitate our Reshet network platform, driving engagement in both the online networking platform and in live and virtual meetups.
    • Manage program coordination and logistics for school advancement initiatives.
    • Support the planning and execution of workshops, webinars and programming tailored for school advancement professionals, including admissions and development professionals, heads of school and lay leaders.
    • Help maintain and grow relationships with school professionals across various advancement.

    Administrative Operations (25%)

    • Collaborate with Prizmah’s Director of Revenue Operations to oversee the grants management process for the team, including application tracking, reporting, and compliance.
    • Process and manage bill and payment processing in accordance with Prizmah’s financial processes.
    • Implement and maintain a robust tracking system of all School Advancement team consulting engagements and programs, including the management of the proposal and contracting process.

    Marketing and Communications (25%)

    • Manage team strategic email communications, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging to stakeholders.
    • Coordinate with the School Advancement team to develop and curate content for Prizmah’s marketing channels.
    • Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team to create compelling material and resources to support the team’s programs and initiatives.

    EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

    The successful candidate for this position will bring:

    • A bachelor’s degree, 1-3 years of professional experience with a demonstrated eagerness to learn; the right candidate with be passionate about learning, comfortable asking questions, and ready to take on increasing responsibility as they grow in this role.
    • A strong commitment to Prizmah’s mission and vision; familiarity with North American Jewish day schools is a plus.
    • An attention to detail and natural talent for keeping tasks and projects running smoothly.
    • Strong organizational skills and a systematic approach to managing multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Polished communication skills and the ability to craft compelling messages across channels, combining sharp written skills with a strong marketing eye.
    • Technological proficiency and the ability to learn new processes and systems quickly.

    • Competitive salary in the non-profit field in the range of $60,000 - $70,000. Prizmah’s salary ranges are based on education, experience, and skill set required for each role. If your salary expectations are different and/or you have more experience than required, let’s talk.
