POSITION DETAILS
The Development Director for Major Gifts will report to the Assistant Vice President of Institutional Advancement and focus on frontline fundraising to secure major gifts for Hunter College. This role will manage a portfolio of approximately 125 individual donors capable of contributing between $10,000 and $100,000 and will emphasize targeted strategies, including the Mother's Day Campaign. The Senior Director will collaborate with the Major Gifts team and other stakeholders to enhance donor engagement and ensure effective stewardship.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Salary commensurate with education and experience, within approved range $96,602-$115,330.
